Mexico and other ICAO countries, differ quite a bit from the FAA regulations and standards. Such thing can be confusing if you don’t have the correct information with you. Having the whole AIP from a country in your iPad, makes me feel more safe when flying outside of USA where non standard procedures (different for me) are used.
